Our return policy

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order. If the product is not damaged, you, the customer, are responsible for shipping costs. If the product is damaged, Seoul Sound is responsible for shipping costs.

How do I return an item?

By law, you as a customer have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the day after you received your package. The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened items in original condition, including all accompanying packaging and any accessories (e.g., POBs). You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping cost if you cancel your purchase. If you wish to return an item because it is damaged, we will cover the shipping cost.

Here's how to do it:

1. Send an email to kontakt@seoulsound.se stating your name, order number, and which products you wish to return. You can find the order number in the email you received when you placed your order.
   If an item is damaged, you must attach pictures and/or a video of the damage and the box. If a product is missing from the package, an unboxing video is required. The video must start before you have opened any part of the box for us to approve the claim.
    

2. Once we have reviewed your case, we will respond via email to find the best solution for you.
